Site optimization

This procedure is designed to eliminate files which are no longer used in the site. For example, if you add an element to a page and then remove the event/action displaying it, the element will remain in the page. By running this procedure from time to time the transfer of useless files will be minimized. This operation is not required for minor updates of the site.
