A site can contain one or more forms. In the first dialog box, you specify how the submitted information will be sent back to you and assign a name to the form (in the Options tab).
To insert a form, click on the:
Insert/Form menu.
The Form button on the Toolbar.
Then, insert the fields for this form.

The Form Properties dialog appears:
Send data to an e-mail address: This option will let you receive the completed forms at the supplied e-mail address. Upon receiving the e-mail you can respond directly or enter the data in you favorite program.
Send data to a Web page: This option is useful for experienced programmers who know how to receive and process data on Internet servers.
Call a Javascript function: This is the solution for processing the data within the current page. The Javascript must be added with the Javascript and HTML editing tab.
Note
In all cases, you must include a Submit button on the page, and the user will have to click it to send the data.
