Flash Video Creator

From the Flash Video property box, click on browse and choose a video in a format other then Flash.

Click OK to confirm you want to convert the video in Flash format to open the Flash Video Creator tool.

Select the resolution quality, knowing that the higher it is, the longer it will take to upload it in a web browser. To change file, simply click browse.

To convert the video into Flash: click on "Convert" to start the process. When the video is ready, click on "Close" to return to the Flash Video properties box.
