FTP: Definition
FTP Site Manager is a software used for data transfer between a local computer and an Internet server.
The acronym FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, which is the current standard of communication with the servers. The online availability of their websites and update is one of the common uses of this technology.

FTP Site Manager interface:
The left window displays the data on your computer or local network. The right window shows the contents of the FTP servers that you have access.

The transfer of files or folders from one to another is done by selecting one or several files in one window, then clicking the arrow between the windows. The software informs you of the progress of the copy with the percentage completed for the current file and for the entire task.
