You submitted a ticket to the technical support, got an answer, replied, and then heard nothing back from LMSOFT. 

We have seen occasional problems of routing messages from the server when answers to technical support were sent from software such as Outlook.  

If you have found that technical support does not respond, please log on to the technical support website to respond to your active ticket.
