If the problem remains the same after installing it, we will need a specific file which name is WC4INIT.log for analysis. Send it to us via this support website opening a new ticket.
Where do you find this log file ?It is just in the installation folder of the software. Take it at this location in order to send it to us.
ex: C:\Program Files\Mindscape\Web Creator Pro 4\WC4INIT.log
or C:\Program Files\LMSOFT Web Creator Pro 4\WC4INIT.log
Warning ! If you use Windows Vista, this file is in your "Virtual Store" but depending on your configuration, its location can change. A search on your computer drives of the WC4INIT.log file should let you localize it and to copy it in order to send it to us.
ex: C:\Users\My Name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Mindscape\Web Creator Pro 4\WC4INIT.log
or C:\Users\My Name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\LMSOFT Web Creator Pro 4\WC4INIT.log
You have to view the hidden files in the display properties in your explorer to see it : Tools - Folder options - Display
You replace "My Name" withe Windows user and you replace "Program Files\Mindscape\Web Creator Pro 4" with the installation folder of Web Creator.
Once you got it, you can first open it. If the last lign of this file contains the word "Quicktime", then first uninstall and reinstall Quicktime immediately. If not, open a ticket in the support application. It will be really useful for us to help you.
